Oil Life Left

OIL LIFE LEFT percent is based on information received from a class 2 message from Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) displays current oil life left as a percent in trip odometer display. When oil needs changing, CHANGE OIL indicator in message center turns on. When engine oil is changed, oil life left percent needs to be reset in trip odometer. Press and hold trip reset button for 1.5 seconds until 100% is displayed in trip odometer.
