DTC B2755 Or B2760: MEMORY SEAT SWITCH CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION: Description

Memory seat switch signal circuits are supplied 12 volts through a resistor and monitored within Memory Seat Module (MSM). When a memory seat switch is pressed, signal circuit is closed to ground and signal circuit voltage is pulled low. MSM will ignore switch input for which a current status DTC is set. When fault no longer exists, a history status DTC will be stored, and switch operation will be restored.

When DTC sets, DTC will be current for as long as fault exists. When fault no longer exists, DTC will be a history status code. A history DTC will be cleared after 100 error free ignition cycles, or by using scan tool clearing DTCs feature.
