DTC B2965: Key-In-Ignition Fault: Description

Ignition key alarm switch closes (signal circuit is low) when key is in ignition switch and opens (signal circuit is high) when key is not in ignition switch. Body Control Module (BCM) monitors key-in-ignition signal circuit to activate an audible warning.
