Description & Operation: Odometer

Instrument panel cluster contains a season odometer and a trip odometer. Momentarily press trip/reset switch on instrument panel cluster in order to toggle between season odometer and trip odometer. In order to reset trip odometer, press trip/reset switch for greater than 2 seconds. Instrument panel cluster calculates mileage based on vehicle speed signal circuit from Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Odometer will display 'ERROR' if an internal instrument panel cluster memory failure is detected.
