Door Ajar Indicator

Instrument panel cluster illuminates door ajar indicator when ignition switch is in RUN position and Body Control Module (BCM) detects that one of vehicle's doors is ajar (signal circuit is low). BCM sends a message to instrument panel cluster via Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) requesting illumination. BCM also sends a class 2 message to radio in order to activate an audible warning.
