Accumulator & 2-1 Manual Servo: Installation

  1. Install the manual 2-1 band servo. Install the manual 2-1 band servo cover gasket into the case. Install the manual 2-1 band servo cover. See Figure . Install the 2-1 manual servo piston cover bolts.
  2. Install the accumulator assembly. See Figure . Install the manual 2-1 band servo cover bolts. See Figure . Tighten the manual 2-1 band servo cover bolts to specification. Install the accumulator attaching bolts. Tighten the accumulator attaching bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Install the new filter seal. Install the filter. Install the oil pan. See DRAINING & REFILLING  under LUBRICATION. Lower the vehicle. Fill transaxle with appropriate fluid to proper level. See LUBRICATION  .
