Manual 4-3 Downshift

Place the gear selector in the Overdrive position. Accelerate the vehicle to 40-55 MPH in 4th gear. Release the throttle while moving the gear selector to 3rd. Verify the following:
- The TCC releases.
- The transaxle downshifts immediately to 3rd gear.
- The engine slows the vehicle.
