Installation Procedure

  1. Align the fuel filler door to the fuel filler door alignment holes in the body.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the fuel filler door to body nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the fuel filler door to body nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the fuel filler pocket. Refer to Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement 
  4. Close the fuel filler door.
