- If the DTC B3247 is a history DTC, the fault may be intermittent. Refer to Intermittents and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems.
- The following conditions may cause an intermittent malfunction to occur:
- An intermittent short to ground in the rear compartment lid release circuit
- The rear compartment lid latch is shorted to ground internally.
- The BCM is shorted to ground internally.
