Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the push-in retainers from the bottom of rocker panel molding from the rocker panel using J 38778. 
  2. Open the doors to access the plastic rivits in the sill area.
  3. Drill out the plastic rivits from the top inside edge of rocker panel molding sill area.
  4. Remove the rocker panel molding to fender screws from the rocker panel molding at the fenders.
  5. Remove the rocker panel molding from the rocker panel.
