Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the head restraint. Refer to Head Restraint Replacement - Front Seat .
  2. Position the seat full forward and the seat back full up.
  3. Remove the seat belt nut (1) to the seat bracket stud.

  4. Unfasten the J-hook retainers at the bottom of the seat back cover.
  5. Position the seat back full down.
  6. Reach inside of the cover and unfasten the hook and loop retainer securing the front seat back cover to the pad.
  7. Position the seat back to the vertical position.
  8. Remove the head restraint guide.

  9. Pull out the seat back cover end flap.
  10. Carefully remove the seat back cover from the seat back by pulling the seat cover up and over the pad.
