Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Lower the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT
  2. Remove the right instrument panel insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT
  3. Remove the right front carpet retainer. Refer to CARPET RETAINER REPLACEMENT - FRONT
  4. Pull back the carpet for access.
  5. Disconnect the IP antenna extension cable from the antenna cable.

  6. Disconnect the antenna cable from the rear window.
  7. Remove the screw from the antenna cable bracket.
    IMPORTANT: Take note of the antenna cable routing before removal from the vehicle.
  8. Remove the tape from the antenna cable.
  9. Remove the antenna cable.
