Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear bumper impact bar to the body.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the rear bumper impact bar to body bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear bumper impact bar to tailpipe insulators.
  4. Remove the exhaust system support.
  5. Install the rear bumper energy absorber. Refer to Energy Absorber Replacement - Rear .
  6. Install the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Rear Bumper .
