Installation Procedure

  1. Install the front bumper impact bar to the body.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the front bumper impact bar to body bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the wiring harness to rear of the front bumper impact bar.
  4. Install the horn assembly. Refer to HORN REPLACEMENT .
  5. Install the fog lamps. Refer to FOG LAMP REPLACEMENT - FRONT .
  6. Install the front bumper energy absorber. Refer to Energy Absorber Replacement - Front .
  7. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Front Bumper .
