Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the carpet retainers. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement - Front  and to Carpet Retainer Replacement - Rear .
  2. Remove the front and rear door weatherstrips from the pinchweld flange as required.
  3. Remove the lower trim panel from the center pillar using J 38778  .
  4. Remove the seat belt from the slot in the lower trim panel.
  5. Remove the lower trim panel from the vehicle.
