Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
  2. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door 
  3. Remove the rear door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner .
  4. Remove the rear door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer .
  5. Lower the rear door window as low as possible into the door opening.
  6. Remove the rear door window to rear door window regulator bolts (1, 2).

  7. Slide the rear window glass down to the bottom of the rear door while keeping it in the front weatherstrip channel.
  8. Partially remove the rear door window weatherstrip from the channel between the rear door window and the rear door stationary window and part way across the top of the rear door window.
  9. Remove the stationary window to rear door screws.

  10. Remove the rear door stationary window to rear door bolt.
  11. Rotate and remove the rear door stationary window from the rear door.
