Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
  2. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door 
  3. Remove the rear door outside handle rod from the rod-to-lock plastic clip.
  4. Discard the rod-to-lock clip.
  5. Remove the rear door handle to door bolts.
  6. Remove the rear door outside handle from the rear door.
  7. Remove the rear door handle rod from the rear door outside handle.
