Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the appropriate instrument panel (IP) insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT or to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - LEFT in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Rotate the courtesy lamp socket counterclockwise to release.
  3. Remove the bulb from the socket, if replacing the bulb.
