Removal & Installation (Recirculation Door)

Remove the HVAC module. See HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY . Remove the recirculation actuator. See RECIRCULATION ACTUATOR . Remove the recirculation housing retaining screws. Remove the recirculation housing from the HVAC module. See Fig 1. Remove the recirculation door from the recirculation housing.
Install the recirculation door to the housing. See Fig 1. Align the retaining tabs and install the recirculation housing to the HVAC module. Install the recirculation housing screws. Tighten the recirculation housing screws to specification. Install the recirculation actuator. Install the HVAC module.
