Installation Procedure

  1. Install the throttle body heater outlet hose to the throttle body.
  2. Install the throttle body heater outlet hose clamp to the throttle body.

  3. Install the throttle body heater outlet hose (1) to the surge tank inlet hose pipe (3).
  4. Install the throttle body heater outlet hose clamp (2) to the surge tank inlet hose pipe (3).
  5. Install the accelerator controls cable bracket.
  6. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer toAIR CLEANER INTAKE DUCT
  7. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  8. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to FUEL INJECTOR SIGHT SHIELD REPLACEMENT in Engine Mechanical - 3.5L.
