Installation Procedure

  1. Install the surge tank outlet hose to the thermostat housing.
  2. Install the surge tank outlet hose clamp to the thermostat housing use J 38185  .

  3. Install the surge tank outlet hose to the surge tank.
  4. Install the surge tank outlet hose clamp to the surge tank use J 38185  .
  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
