Removal Procedure

  1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  2. Remove the LH diagonal brace. Refer to BRACE REPLACEMENT - SHEET METAL DIAGONAL in Body Front End.
  3. Use J 38185  in order to remove the inlet hose clamp from the radiator.
  4. Remove the inlet hose from the radiator.

  5. Remove the inlet hose clamp from the water crossover using the J 38185  .
  6. Remove the inlet hose from the water crossover.
