Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue, 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue, and 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the inlet hose to the water crossover.
  2. Use J 38185  in order to install the inlet hose clamp to the radiator.

  3. Install the inlet hose to the radiator.
  4. Install the inlet hose clamp to the radiator using the J 38185  .
  5. Install the LH diagonal brace. Refer to BRACE REPLACEMENT - SHEET METAL DIAGONAL in Body Front End.
  6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
