Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the coolant heater cord retainer from the upper radiator support.

  2. Disconnect the left coolant heater electrical connector.
  3. Cut the engine left coolant heater cord strap (1) at the engine wiring harness.
  4. Remove the right coolant heater cord from behind the power steering pump (3).

  5. Cut the upper right coolant heater cord strap (2) at the engine wiring harness near the power steering lines.
  6. Cut the lower right coolant heater cord strap (1) at the engine wiring harness near the power steering lines
  7. Disconnect the right coolant heater electrical connector (3).
  8. Remove the coolant heater cord from the vehicle.
