Mode Actuator: Removal

Remove the Left Instrument Panel (I/P) insulator. Remove the I/P knee bolster bracket. See Figure. Disconnect the vacuum line from the mode actuator. Lift the lock tab up to remove the actuator. See Figure. Remove the actuator off the slides of the HVAC module assembly. See Figure. Disconnect the actuator pushrod from the mode door lever and remove the actuator. See Figure.
