Engine Mount (Right Side): Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine mount strut with the engine mount strut bracket at the upper radiator support.
  3. Install appropriate engine support fixture.
  4. Raise and support the vehicle.
  5. Remove the right (rear) lower engine mount nuts.
  6. Remove the left (front) lower engine mount nuts.
  7. Remove the right front tire and wheel.
  8. Use the engine support fixture in order to raise the engine.
  9. Remove the power steering cooler pipe bracket.
  10. Remove the right engine mount bracket bolts. See Fig 1 .
  11. Remove the right engine mount bracket assembly from the vehicle. See Fig 1 .
  12. Remove the right upper engine mount nuts. See Fig 2 .
  13. Remove the right engine mount from the engine mount bracket. See Fig 2 .
