Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the engine mount strut. See Figure.
  2. Install the engine mount strut bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the engine mount strut bolts to 100 N.m (74 lb ft) + 90 degrees.

  3. Install the right engine splash shield. Refer to SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT - ENGINE .
  4. Lower the vehicle.
