Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear window panel trim. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR WINDOW SHELF in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the rear seat cushion, if necessary. Refer to SEAT CUSHION REPLACEMENT - REAR in Seats.
  3. Remove the rear seat belt retractor anchor plate bolt.
  4. Remove the retractor anchor plate from the floor.
  5. Remove the retractor bolt (1).
  6. Remove the retractor from the rear shelf.
