Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - REAR BUMPER (CHEVROLET) or FASCIA REPLACEMENT - REAR BUMPER (PONTIAC) .
  2. Pull back the rear compartment trim from the right rear corner in order to expose the quarter outer panel pressure relief valve.
  3. Remove the quarter outer panel pressure relief valve (1).

    Disengage the tabs from the inside of the rear compartment.
