Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the split/folding rear seat back. Refer to SEAT BACK REPLACEMENT - REAR SPLIT FOLDING  .
  2. Remove the pivot bolt (3) from the seat back frame (2).
  3. Unfasten hook and loop strip retainers on the back cover (1) to access the cover staples.
  4. Remove the stables from the bottom and sides of the cover.
  5. Unfold the bottom and sides of the cover from the seat back frame (2).
  6. Lift up on the seat back cover assembly to remove from the seat back frame (2).
