Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the power window switch, if equipped. Refer to POWER WINDOW SWITCH REPLACEMENT  .
  2. Remove the window manual regulator handle, if equipped. Refer to WINDOW REGULATOR HANDLE REPLACEMENT - DOOR  .
  3. Remove the armrest screw.
  4. Using J 38778  and starting at the rear door bottom, disengage the trim panel retainers.
  5. Remove the trim panel from the inner door by lifting up on the panel to disengage the inner belt weatherstrip.
