Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Open the instrument panel (I/P) compartment door to access the right I/P trim panel (3).
  2. Remove the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ACCESSORY (CHEVROLET)  or TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ACCESSORY (PONTIAC)  .
  3. Remove the screws (1) from the RH I/P trim panel (3).
  4. Remove the right I/P trim panel (3) from the I/P (2).
