Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Route the electrical connector (2) through the opening in the overhead console (1).
  2. Align the retaining tabs on the microphone (3) to the splines on the overhead console (1).

  3. Push the microphone (3) into the overhead console (1) until the retaining tabs (4) are fully engaged.
  4. Connect the wire harness electrical connector (2) to the microphone (3).
  5. Install headliner to a desired appearance. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT in Interior Trim.
