Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the front door speaker to the door.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the front door speaker bolts (3) to the speaker.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 1.9 N.m (17 lb.in).

  3. Connect the electrical connector (1) and (2) to the speaker.
  4. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR (PONTIAC) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR (CHEVROLET) in Doors.
