Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the speaker grille (1) to the trim panel (3).
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the retaining nuts (2) to the speaker grille (1) on the back side of the trim panel (3).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the nuts to 1 N.m (9 lb.in).

  3. Install the trim panel to the inner door (3). Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR (PONTIAC) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE FRONT DOOR (CHEVROLET) in Doors.
