Steering Effort Too Easy In One Or Both Directions

  1. Before performing procedure, review visual/physical inspection. See VISUAL/PHYSICAL INSPECTION  .
  2. Verify that the steering effort is too easy in one or both directions. If system operates normally, system is okay. If system does not operate normally, go to next step.
  3. Perform the power steering test procedure. See POWER STEERING SYSTEM TEST PROCEDURE  . After completing procedure, go to next step.
  4. Operate system in order to verify repair.
