Removal Procedure

  1. If the vehicle has tilt lever. Remove the tilt lever. Refer to Tilt Lever Replacement - On Vehicle .
  2. Remove the retaining screws (4) from the lower column trim cover (3).
  3. Remove the upper column trim cover (1) by tilting up and unsnapping from the lower column trim cover hinges (3).
  4. Remove the lower column trim cover (3) from the steering column (6).
