Installation Procedure

Install the air temperature door to the HVAC module assembly. Complete the following steps:
1. Insert the link end of the door into the HVAC module assembly.
2. Push up on the door into the HVAC module assembly in order to seat the door.

Connect the air temperature cable to the air temperature door.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the upper case assembly and the screws.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Evaporator Core Replacement .
