Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the front tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  3. Remove the stabilizer shaft from the vehicle. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Replacement .
  4. Remove the stabilizer shaft bushings (5) from the stabilizer shaft (3).
