Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Pontiac Sunfire and 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the sunroof window into the roof opening with the sunroof logo facing rearward.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the sunroof window screws (2) to the sunroof track.

    Tighten:  Tighten the sunroof window screws to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

  3. Check and adjust the sunroof window as necessary. Refer to Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment .
