Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the nut access plugs (1) from the rear compartment lid as necessary.
  2. Remove the bolts from rear compartment lid spoiler.

  3. Remove the nuts (2) from the rear compartment lid spoiler.

  4. Disconnect the wire harness connector (1) from the rear compartment lid spoiler.

  5. Remove the rear compartment lid spoiler (1).
  6. Remove the high mount stop lamp. Refer to High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement (Rear Window Panel Mounted) or High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement (Pontiac Rear Spoiler) or High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement (Chevrolet Rear Spoiler) in Lighting.
