Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Pontiac Sunfire and 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Position the EVAP vapor pipe on the fuel tank
  2. Connect the EVAP vapor pipe to the fill limiter vent valve, and the fuel sender assembly.
  3. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
