Removal & Installation (Cavalier)

- Remove the I/P Pad trim. See appropriate INSTRUMENT PANELS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Remove the HVAC control assembly retaining screws.
- Pull the HVAC control assembly away from the I/P. Disconnect the electrical connections. Disconnect the vacuum hoses. See Fig 1. Disconnect the temperature control cable.
- To install, connect the electrical connections. Connect the temperature control cable. Connect the vacuum hoses.
- Install the HVAC control assembly to the I/P. See appropriate INSTRUMENT PANELS article in ACCESSORIES & EQUIPMENT. Install the HVAC control assembly retaining screws. Install the I/P trim pad.
