Removal & Installation: Condenser: Installation

- Add the proper amount of refrigerant oil to the NEW condenser. Install the condenser to the radiator. See Fig 1. Ensure the tabs on the condenser are completely seated in the clips on the radiator. Install the condenser to radiator bolts. Tighten the condenser bolts to specification.
- Install the radiator air upper seal onto the flange on the radiator. Install the evaporator tube to the condenser. Install a NEW O-ring seal to the condenser end of the compressor hose assembly.
- Install the compressor hose assembly to the condenser. Install the fitting nut for the compressor hose assembly to the condenser. Tighten the nut to specification. Install the hood latch support.
