Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the carpet retainer. Refer to Carpet Retainer Replacement (Sedan) or Carpet Retainer Replacement (Coupe) .
  2. Remove the upper center pillar trim panel from the vehicle. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Upper Center Pillar in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the rear lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower in Interior Trim.
  4. Remove the rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper in Interior Trim.
  5. Pull the rear door opening weatherstrip (2) loose.
  6. Remove the weatherstrip (2) from the vehicle.
