Installation Procedure

  1. Position the hood hinge to the alignment marks on the fender.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the hood hinge to fender bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the hood hinge bolts to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  3. Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement 
  4. Align the hood if necessary. Refer to Hood Adjustment .
