Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Remove the right front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement 
  2. Remove the wiring harness retainers.
  3. Remove the front suspension support brace. Refer to FRONT SUSPENSION SUPPORT BRACE REPLACEMENT in Front Suspension.
  4. Remove the lower brace bolts (2).
  5. Remove the lower brace (1) from the vehicle.
