Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the lower brace (1).
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the lower brace bolts (2).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the lower brace bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the front suspension support brace. Refer to FRONT SUSPENSION SUPPORT BRACE REPLACEMENT in Front Suspension.
  4. Install the wiring harness retainers.
  5. Install the right front fender liner. Refer to Front Fender Liner Replacement .
