Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (L61) .
Use the J 38185 in order to reposition the outlet hose clamp from the cylinder head (2).
Remove the outlet hose from the cylinder head.

Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE in General Information.
Use the J 38185 in order to reposition the outlet hose clamp from the radiator.

Remove the outlet hose (2) from the radiator.
