Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the outlet hose (2) to the radiator. See Figure.
  2. Use the J 38185  in order to reposition the outlet hose to the radiator.
  3. Lower the vehicle.
  4. Install the outlet hose to the cylinder head (2).

  5. Use the J 38185  in order to position the outlet hose to the cylinder head.
  6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (L61) .
